            (1) Kupujúci môže určiť dodatočnú primeranú lehotu na splnenie jeho povinností.

 

            (2) Kupujúci nesmie pred uplynutím takto určenej lehoty uplatniť niektorý z nárokov z porušenia zmluvy, ibaže dostane od predávajúceho oznámenie, že nesplní svoje povinnosti v tejto lehote. Kupujúci však týmto nestráca právo na náhradu škody spôsobenú omeškaním v plnení.
